I recently became friends with an amazing artist Aaron Woe: Creator of Angry Woebots and founder of Army of Snipers International. Recently I was inducted into the Army of Snipers Crew. Inspired by his Panda designs, I decided I would post my step by step animation process of Aaron Woe's Angry Panda.

I found this image online and decided to use this as one of my poses for this animation.

This next Image I decided would be the start for my first pose for the test. These are earlier designs of his Panda, which have evolved over the years, but I loved the intensity of there attitude.

So then it was time to put together these two images in flash and begin my ruff animation. Even though I used these images as my initial poses, I thought I would be more natural to animate straight ahead and see where the inspiration takes me. It a pretty good start thus far. Soon I will post the background and additional ruff animation before going to final.

So now I've quickly added in a prop for the panda. In this case a king's head. It could be this is how the Panda earned his crown. Next I will be putting in some blood effects then begin clean up. Till then, Peace.

So I here is a illustration I recently did for a Poster. There are some design issues I have with it but I was overall happy with the outcome. I am steadily improving not having painted for so long.. Painting in Photoshop has become quite the adventure... I love especially looking online at all the incredible digital artists that are out there, which has inspired me to continually improve. So here are some examples of boards from a short animated concept I have. The previous postings showed two images of the opening shot going from a black and white storyboard, to fully rendered illustration. This short piece was a personal test for me to really push acting and emotion within my drawings and convey the unlikely relationship of two characters Barclay the fatherlike Bee and Jasper the young fledgling learning to fly.

Here is a ruff board panel above, that I decided to take it to a finished illustration piece below. I was inspired by my brother to try out his photoshop technique in my style of drawing. I think for my first go at it the illustration turned out nicely. Thanks Bro!

Initial start. Very stylized... Tiny waist and wide hips. I went in and toned it down a bit.

The finished version. Brought it back a bit and added a dress around her waist .

So a friend of mind just finished a book of poetry and needed something simple and in black and white to submit to the publisher for the cover of her book. So Myself and one other submitted artwork for her to turn into the publisher.. Whether or not the publisher picks this I thought I would at the very least post it to my blog for all to view. This was created in photoshop using the Cintiq.

"Can I Keep It"

So I have to slight versions of the finished image. One with the boy smiling the and the other, more surprised in expression.. Not sure which is the better.

Still I wanted to post the first ruff storyboard and finished color board for my story "Can I Keep It". I've had this short story for a number of years desperately wanting to make it a book or a short film. "Do you remember the first time you ever wanted a pet?" Well this little adventure takes you thru one child's desperate attempt at getting what he wants and holding onto it..

I will be doing 5 different posters over the course of this fall for Seminole States up and coming Fall play Schedule. when a new one is finished I will post them here. This poster I did several concepts for the first being the one they chose for this play. These were done in Photoshop inspired by Edward Hopper. each one took about an two hours to complete.

Southern Fried Sundays!

Wanted to post this here. I did this months back during Southern Fried Sundays Where Thomas Wynn and the Believers performed. This was done on my iphone. It took about 45 minutes while sipping beer and enjoying the music. The Software program used was sketchbook pro.. The App cost around 1.99 not bad.. Worth the money.
